STEP (.stp/.step) and IGES are preferred for 3D, DWG/DXF and PDF for 2D. If you only have a sketch or photos of an existing sample, send those with dimensions — our engineers can model it for you.
Yes. Send us your NDA or use ours, and we return it signed before any files are exchanged. Drawings are stored on controlled internal servers and are never shared with third parties.
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment is standard. Sample orders can be paid by PayPal or credit card. L/C at sight is accepted for larger contracts.
Samples: 7–12 working days. Batch production: 15–25 working days depending on quantity and finishing. Expedited slots are available when you have a line-down situation.
